Will I pay more using a travel agent?

No actually! Mosman Travels' designers have access to the best airfares, accommodation and tour rates as well as exclusive access to special offers available only to us! Your Travel Designer will provide you a full schedule of fees at time of booking.

With Covid-19 impacting the world, travel today is more complex than it has ever been. Country and state health requirements, border documentation requirements and airline schedule changes are just some of the complexities facing travellers. We are equipped with years of first hand experiences as well as personal and client recommendations. Booking With Us

What fees can I expect at the time of booking?

You'll find our full range of Professional Services and any associated fees here or your Travel Designer can provide you a full schedule of fees prior to booking. All prices are quoted in AUD unless otherwise advised. Please note that some suppliers prices are subject to change at the discretion of the supplier, prior to booking. This is out of the control of Mosman Travel. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports.

Is there a cancellation or supplier charge fee?

Cancelled bookings may incur supplier fees, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. How do I know what travel visa's I require?

Our Mosman Travel designers will advise you on your visa requirements and assist you in obtaining them.

What happens if I need to cancel or postpone my holiday?

Simply call us and we will then assess each part of your journey as terms and conditions can vary enormously but we will sort through it with you.  Travel Insurance is essential and your Mosman Travel Designer will be happy to arrange the cover for you.

Do I need Travel Insurance?

Travel insurance is important and we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance when travelling. If you require assistance please contact your Mosman Travel designer or contact 02 9932 4000.
